Parker?'s single port gauge valves with vent are purpose designed valves for operation with any fluid up to 6,000 psi (414 bar) rating.Parker’s HVG series single-port gauge valves are rated at 6,000 PSI (414 bar) and provide a single 1/4" NPT port for the optional fitting of a captive bleed/vent valve or blanking plug. All HVG series gauge valves have a self centering, non-rotating spindle tip to ensure 100% bubble-tight shut-off and offer a choice of tip materials as well as PCTFE or PEEK seating alternatives to metal-to-metal, for gas applications. As standard, the valves feature PTFE gland packing. Fire-safe graphite packing to meet BS 6755 Part 2 and API 607 is available as an option. The spindle is equipped with a backstop for blowout prevention and the gland is externally adjustable. Parker’s gauge valves are manufactured from 316 stainless steel as standard, NACE compliant and other types of materials are also available.
